Important Information

FOR LOCAL BUYERS:

1. To place an order, drop us a line at thefirstchapter@gmail.com, in the following format:

  • Your Name & Mailing Address
  • Name of the Item(s) you like
  • Specify colour if applicable
  • Payment mode (ATM Transfer/i-banking)
  • Delivery Mode (Normal Mail/Registered Mail)

2. You will receive a confirmation email from us.

3. Item(s) will be reserved for you for 3 days from the day you receive our confirmation.

4. Payment should be made within these 3 days, after which the item(s) would be released to other interested buyer(s).

PAYMENT:

1. All prices stated are in Singapore dollars (SGD).

2. We accept bank transfer only.

3. We will email you our account no. upon confirmation of your order.

4. Once payment is confirmed, we will arrange for delivery.

DELIVERY:

1. Your item(s) may reach you by:
Normal Mail (additional cost of SGD 1) or,
Registered Mail (additional cost of SGD 3)

2. You will receive your item(s) within 3-4 working days.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Upon payment, item(s) are not refundable or exchangeable.

2. Colours in photos may vary due to computer resolution.

3. "THE FIRST CHAPTER" will not be responsible if item(s) sent through normal mail is/are lost or damaged. Thus, registered mail is recommended.

4. A re-make of the item(s) you have purchased is possible if you retain and preserve all the jewellery parts. Please contact us for further details.

5. "THE FIRST CHAPTER" reserves all rights to our designs.
